摘要
介绍一种由霍尔器件和频率电压转换器构成的速度传感器。该传感器具有较高的灵敏度,结构简单,所需的驱动力矩小。采用了频率与电压的转换,所带来的误差小,并且既可用于控制模拟电压装置,亦可用正比于速度的脉冲数控制数控装置。
One of the speed sensors made by the devices of Hall and frequency-voltage transformer was introduced. It has high sensitivity, simple structure and small driving force moment. The frequency-voltage transformer made error decreasing. The speed sensor applied not only to the instrument of controlling analogue voltage, but also to the numerically controlled instrument controlled by pulse counter in direct proportion to speed.
