面向残疾老龄人的住宅设计——唐山康复村改建方案残疾人住宅设计分析

Residential Design for Disabled and Elder People Analysis on the Rebuilt Residential Design Plan of Tangshan Healing Village

本文是关于唐山康复村改建项目的方案介绍，文章分析了项目所面临的要求，总结了在该项目中采用的针对老龄残疾人住宅设计的新方法，并着重从平面确定，空间设计，建筑构造及设施的设计，室内家具及设备的设计四个方面对老龄高位截瘫者住宅的特殊性设计进行了探索以希望对今后相关设计提供参考。

This thesis is the recommendation about the rebuilding project of Tangshan healing residence. In the article, the requirements of the project were analyzed, the new residential design methods adopted in the project, which were specified for the disabled elderly, were summarized, and the special designs in the houses of hemiplegia elderly were emphatically researched in four aspects： plan design, spatial design, designs of the architectural constitutions and equipments, designs of the intenor fumiture and fadlities. It will be great honor if any of these could offer some references for the later related designs.
