随着我国《公务员法》即将正式实施，我国公务员制度改革也将进入一个新的时期，本文通过对我国公务员制度的现状的分析，借鉴国外相关研究理论和主要国家改革的实践经验，提出了我国公务员制度变革的三个主要方向。

The reform of Chinese civil servant system will get into a brand - new period in pace with implementing formally 《Bill of Civil Servant》 in our country. This thesis poses three main directions of transformation of civil servant system by analyzing present conditions of Chinese civil servant system and using the related research theory and practice experience of reform of foreign countries for reference.
