摘要
使用分光光度法在近中性介质中对HOBr氧化葡萄糖的反应动力学进行了研究.结果表明,该反应对葡萄糖和HOBr都是一级,反应有负盐效应,并随Br-浓度的增加,反应速度减慢.本文还提出了可能的反应机理.
The kinetics study of the oxidation of glucose with hydro bromic acid has been carried out in nearly neutral medium,by using spectrometry technique. It is a first order reaction for the glucose and the HOBr,This reaction has regative salt effect,and the reaction rate decreased with the increase of the concentration of Br-.According to the experimental facts and the reference literature,a possible reaction mechanism has been suggested,which can explain the experimental facts. The apparent activation parameters are also evaluated.
