摘要
在综述掺氟高温超导体的主要类型与性质的基础上,分析了其中存在的无机结构及固态合成的化学动力学问题,探讨制备新型掺氟及全氟化物的高温超导体的可能性。
This review deals with the main Kinds and properties of the flourine doped high temperature superconductors. On the basis thus ensueing some problems of chemical kinetics of inorganic structure and solid synthesis have been analyzed and the possiblity of synthesis of new type of F-doped and perflouro high temprature super conductors have also been discussed.
