Discussing the News Tortious Actions in the Broadcast Programs

笔者在从事广播电视新闻法规方面的教学和研究的时候,发现了一些广播电视工作者需要注意的问题,即什么是新闻侵权,广播电视工作者如何尽量避免新闻侵权等。就这些问题,笔者进行了一些研究,希望能够通过此文来引起广播电视工作者的重视。

This article mainly elaborated the author was founding some questions about broadcast television workers who need to pay attentions, when she engaged in the broadcast television news laws and regulations aspect when the teaching and the research. Namely what is the news tortious actions, and how does the broadcast television worker in smoothly complete the work and as far as possible avoids the news infringes upon the right, and so on.. The author carried on some studies on this questions, and hope it can brings to the broadcast television worker＇s attention through this article.
