摘要
针对高职人才培养模式的诸多问题,依据社会和学生自身发展的需求,应确立适应社会需求的高职人才培养目标,加强专业建设,构建理论与实践并重的教学体系,改革教学方法,完善考试内容与方式,提高教师队伍整体素质,推进国际合作与交流。
According to many problem of higher vocational talents training mode, we should depend on requirement of society and students development to establish talents training target adapting to social needs, strengthen specialty construction, build teaching system of focusing on theory and practice equally, reform teaching methods, be perfect testing content and method, improve whole quality of teachers＇ team and promote international cooperation.
