高职生正趋于成熟,但还没有进入成熟阶段。这个阶段是青年自我意识发生矛盾最突出时期,但他们自我意识容易出现偏差。调适方法有:创造成功的机会,培养学生的意志品质,换位思考,与学生进行思想交流和感情沟通等。

Higher vocational students are on the state of tending to mature developing but not mature. This state is the most outstanding period of contradiction of self-consciousness for teenagers whom self-awareness is likely to occur windage. The way to adjust it is creating successful opportunity, training their will, changing position thinking, communicating with students thinking and sensation.
