零售企业的采购战略就是要在结合企业市场定位的基础上实现差异化,一方面通过开发产品来实现商品差异化,一方面细分商品结构来推动消费。同时,还要重视采购团队的建设以及采购流程的设计。
The purchase strategy of the retail corporation is to realize the differentia on the basis of market orientation. There are two approaches to the differentia: one is by developing products, the other is by subdividing the structure of the merchandise. Meanwhile, the purchase team building and the purchase process design should be attached great importance.
