摘要
论述了现代国际人力资源运动的3个基本特征,借鉴人力资源跨国运动在几个国家的经验,提出了我国发展人力资源跨国运动的几点建议。
The article analyzes the three basic characteristics of the modem international human resource transfer. Meanwhile, by referring to the transnational HR transfer in other countries, the author brings forward the suggestions on the development in China.
