系统地介绍了宝山区服务业的总体情况和外资现代服务业的发展情况，对宝山区发展现代服务业面临的战略机遇作了分析，并提出了相应的对策建议。
The article details the general status of the development of the services and the foreign invested modem services in Baoshan District. Meanwhile, the author analyzes the strategic development opportunity of Baoshan to develop modem services, accordingly bringing forward the countermeasures.
