摘要
本文合成了新荧光试剂2,4-二羟苯甲醛异烟酰腙(DHBI),测定了其结构,研究了此试剂与铝的荧光反应条件。在PH=4.2~4.6的乙醇/水溶液中,试剂与Al3+形成荧光络合物λex/λem=394/484um)。提出了微量铝的荧光分析法,研究了共存离子的影响。线性范围为0~240μg/L。络合物的组成比为1:1,提出了食用碳酸氢纳,饮用水中微量铝的测定方法。结果满意。
A new fluorescent reagent 2, 4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde-isonicot(DHBI) is synthesized and characterized by IR and elemental analysis. The new fluorigenic reaction of aluminium(Ⅲ ) with 2,4-DHBI has been studied. The fluorescence excitation and emission wavelengths of the complex are 392 nm and 484 nm, respectively. The optimum pH range is 4. 2~4. 6 in 70% ethanol buffer solution of sodium formate-formic acid. The linear range of the method is 0~240 μg/L. The molar ratio of aluminium to reagent is found to be 1: 1. The proposed method has been used for the determination of trace aluminium in drinking water and edible sodium bicarbonate with satisfactory results.
