摘要
协商民主理论是20世纪晚期出现的一种新的民主理论模式。它强调民主的协商性、决策的合法性、协商的平等性、公开性和责任性,是对西方竞争性民主模式的反思和替代。
Consultations late 20th century democratic theory is the emergence of a new theoretical model of democracy. It stressed the concultative democracy,the legitimacy of decision-making, equality, openness and accountability of consultation. Which is the reflection and alternative to western alternative democratic model.
