Ｒｏｔａｘａｎｅ是在带有长链的分子上套入环状化合物的特殊络合物。本文综述了ｒｏｔａｘａｎｅ络合物，特别是环状化合物为环糊精（ｃｙｃｌｏｄｅｘｔｒｉｎ，ＣＤ）的ｒｏｔａｘａｎｅ－ＣＤ络合物的组成、合成，一些性质和应用以及研究方法，并提出了应子重视的研究方面。

Rotaxane is a special kind of complexes in which ringlike molecules surround the long chains of other molecules.In this paper,composition;synthesis,some properties and applications,as well as research methods of rotaxane complexes,esp.those with cyclodextrin as ringlike molecules are reviewed.Some research aspects that should pay attention to are rec-ommended.
