摘要
基于在强盐酸介质及磷酸存在下钨被三氯化钛还原成钨蓝的性质,建立了流动注射测定仲钨酸铵生产过程苹余液中WO_3的简便新方法。测定波长为630nm,线性范围为0.01~0.1g·L^(-1),采样频率为60样·h^(-1)。对含0.044g·L^(-1)WO_3的典型试样连续13次测定,所得相对标准偏差为2.2%。
Based on the formation of a blue complex of tungstate after reduced by TiCl3 in a medium of hydrochloric acid and phosphoric acid,a FIA-photometric method for the determination of WO3 in the raffinate of ammonium paratungstate (APT) processing is proposed. Beer' s law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0.01-0.1g ?L-1 WO3. Samples can be analyzed with a frequency of 60 samples/h. For a typical sample containing 0. 044g ?L-1 of WO3,a relative standard deviation (RSD) of 2.2% is obtained for 13 measurements.
