摘要
报道老年患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术的护理。有效的心理护理解除老年患者的心理恐惧与顾虑;细心缜密的术前准备;术后严密的生命体征监测;保持心肺功能稳定及胃肠道功能恢复;及时预防和发现并发症是确保老年患者腹腔镜胆囊切除手术成功的关键。
The paper reports the nursing experience in caring the aged patients with laparuscopic cholecystectomy, concluding the success of operation is decided by the preoperative relief of mental anxiety and fear by mental care, postoperative close monitoring of vital signs, postoperative stability of cardiorespiratory function and recovery of gastrointestinal function and timely prevention and finding of complications.
