Humane Nursing of Patients Who Were Burned Collectively

报道了27例被铁水集体烧伤患者护理经验,强调对烧伤患者及家属进行人文关怀与心理护理,包括转变护理人员的护理理念,提供人性化的医疗环境,在抢救及治疗中对患者实施人文关怀,对探视家属实施人性化管理及探视制度等。通过全院人员的积极救护,本组25例烧伤患者得到了成功抢救与康复,2例特大面积烧伤患者死亡。

The authors reported nursing experience of 27 cases of patients who were burned by molten iron collectively and focused on humane concern and psychological nursing for patients and their families, including changing nursing conception of nursing personnel, supplying humanizing medical environment, giving humane concern for patients in rescuing and treating, performing humanized visiting rules and management for visiting families of patients. Through hard work of all medical staffs in the hospital, 25 patients in the group were cured and recovered successfully and only 2 with massive burn were dead.
