造血干细胞移植病区护士的心理压力原因分析与对策

Strategy and Analysis for the Stress on Nurses in the Department of Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplatation

分析移植病区护士的心理压力产生的原因,包括工作环境相对封闭,人际交往困难;护理对象特殊;工作强度大,技术要求高;职业暴露的机会多。认为通过提高护士自身的修养和加强学习,进行自我心理调适,灵活排班等措施可以减轻或缓解护士的心理压力,以保障造血干细胞移植病区的护理工作顺利进行。

The authors analyzed the causes of stress of nurses in the department of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, including： closed working environment and difficult of communicating with others, special patients; heavy workload, high demand for professional skills and too many chances of being exposed to harmful substances. They argued that strengthening personal quality and study, psychological adjustment and flexible working shift can ease nurses＇ stress so as to guarantee the smooth work of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
