摘要 为了提高实习护士(以下简称为护生)的临床护理能力,为以后独立工作打下良好基础,根据护生不同的气质特性及外在表现进行个性分类(分为内向型和外向型两种类型),结合护生的心理活动倾向和影响护理能力发挥的若干因素进行能力评估后,制订个体化临床教学方案。对内向型护生首先要消除学习上的心理障碍,加强感情联系,重点加强语言沟通能力的培养,发挥主观能动作用,强调循序渐进带教方式;对外向型护生注重观察力的培养,激发学习兴致,加强操作监督,重视语言修养,从整体上提高护理实践能力。 In order to improve clinical nursing ability of practice nurses (referred as nurse students in the following part) and make good base for future independent work, the author divided the nurse students into two categories (extroversion type and introversion type) according to their personalities and behaviors. Combined with nurse students' psychological activity and estimation of some factors influencing nursing ability, the author made out individualized clinical teaching plans. To those belonging to introversion type, the author argued it was important to remove their psychological barrier of study, strengthen emotional ties with them, enhance the cultivation of their ability of language communication, excite their initiative and focus on step-by-step teaching style, while to those extroversive students, it was important to cultivate their observation ability, excite their interests of study, strengthen monitoring their operations, emphasize their language and improve holistic nursing practice ability.
