摘要
高校劳动争议的产生有其自身的原因,针对在劳动争议中表现出来的特点,在处理劳动争议中应注意四个基本原则,从构建和谐校园的机制入手提出对策。
It were put forward the four significant basic principles that universities are dealt with labor dispute to its exhibition traits. Finally the author gives three countermeasures of avert the universities labor dispute that it is constructed harmonious campus from system innovation.
