摘要
目的筛选中药姜黄的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交设计法,以姜黄素及得膏率为考察指标,对影响姜黄提取工艺的因素进行研究。结果最佳提取工艺为加6倍量70%乙醇,回流提取3次,每次1.5 h。结论该法提取工艺姜黄素提取量高,合理可行。
Objective To screen the best extraction process of Curcuma longa L. Methods By using the content of curcumin and yield of extract as screening index, the conditions of the extraction were studied by orthogonal experimental design. Results The optimum condition was to be in a stata of hot reflux with six times of 70% ethanol ,extracting for 1.5h and three times in all. Conclusion The extractive content of curcumin is higher by this process and this process is proved to be reasonable and feasible.
