With the dramatically fast development of computer science, communication technology and high-density memory technology, digital library project in China have started. Thus, comes to us an up-to-date research subject on the construction of digital libraries in elementary and secondary schools. This paper reveals the present situation of elementary and secondary school digital libraries and gives some workable guidance for the improvement of such libraries.
