摘要
The rapid growth of economy and the increasing demand for oil and gas energy enhances the bilateral cooperation in energy between China and Vietnam in the Beibu Gulf. However, problems also arise in the process of cooperation. If they cooperate well, they can alleviate the great demand for energy and furthermore, the economic cooperation, which is based on the win-win and mutual benefit principle, will benefit their bilateral friendship relations and creates a good beginning for the effective solution to the South China Sea issue.
