摘要
学校体育已经成为促进大学生心理健康的有效途径之一,但目前的研究主要集中在体育课的作用上。实际上,仅仅通过每周两节的体育课来促进学生的心理健康无论在时间上还是针对性上都是不够全面的。因此,我们提出针对大学生不同的心理疾病类型,发挥课外体育活动的优势,以人为本地制定促进大学生心理健康的运动处方,从而更好地发挥运动处方针对性强、灵活性强的特点,为全面落实体育与健康课程的改革提供有力的帮助。
School physical education has already been an effective method of promoting students'psychological healthiness in university. But at present, the research focuses mainly on the function of P. E. courses, while in fact, it's really not enough to promote students'psychological healthiness only through two P. E. lessons each week, whether from time or pertinency,. Therefore, some sports prescription that takes advantage of extracurricular sports activities are brought forward to contrapose different types of psychological diseases and promote students'psychological healthiness in addition to PE courses. These prescriptions will be more pertinency and more flexible. So they are helpful to fulfill the reform in the field of physical education and healthy courses.
