运用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法,对在第28届奥运会上,中国体操比赛稳定性的内涵及高级运动员在稳定性上训练的运用等方面进行了研究与论述,为我国竞技体操稳定性的训练和提高提出了对策与建议。

On the basis of papers mathematical statistics and video tapes of the 28th Olympic games ,the author accounts for the essence of the stability of competitive gymnastics and training methods on it ,which could ,to some degree ,provide theory for improving the stability of competitive gymnastics by training.
