摘要
聚酰亚胺是近年发展的一类良好气体分离材料,它耐高、低温,耐化学介质,机械性能好,具有很好的气体透过选择性.本文通过合成四羧酸丁烷型脂肪族聚酰亚胺气体分离膜材料,以拓展已有的只限于芳香型聚酸亚胺膜材料的范围,首次探讨了这种脂肪型聚酰亚胺膜材料的结构形态,透气性能,溶解性能及聚合物链柔顺性与透气性能的关系.
Polymides with excellent thermal, mechanical durability and good selecpermeability have attracted much a attention for their potential use in gas separation. The aim of this paper is to developed the range of only aromatic polymide membrane material by synthesized butanetetracarboxyl-base aliphatic polyimide gas separation material. The morpholgical structure,permeability,solubility and relationship of permeability and chain flexibility of this aliphatic polyimide material were studied firstly.
