This article attempts to explore the unification of Deng Xiaoping＇ s view of history and values by adopting a methodologie, al approach.The author argues that Deng＇s methodological approach derived from his efforts to carry on forward and further Marxism while proeeeding from China＇ s national conditions. It is not only the crystallization of Deng＇s philosophie, al wisdom but also represents most recent developments in Marxist philosophical methodologies.
