Obviously, the more recent over - advertising of Yangge is a blind borrowing of the writing techniques as adopted by Zhang Ailing and some preceding critics. The author argues that it is imperative that literary critics adopt a down - to - earth attitude in order to show the true colors of Zhang＇s works.
