This paper aims to explore the theme of Nature in Lawrence＇s novel Lady Chatterley＇s Lover .Since modern industrial civilization had destroyed the world outside the Wragby Wood,two lonely souls had to retreat to the Wood for protection and consolation. The author argues that they tried to reestablish vigorous relations with Nature and the sources of life by merging themselves with the sun,forcst,flowem and downpours.
