This paper attempts to explore the possibility and feasibility of adopting a circular economy - based approach in Shaoxing by drawing on the experience of some industrialized nations and analyzing China＇ s macro - economic conditions and Shaoxing＇ s economic development status. The author suggests some effective moves and measures to achieve the aim.
