On "Red Culture" and the Ideological & Ethic Education of the Minor

“红色文化”是中国共产党领导中国人民在长期的革命和建设中积淀起来的一种特殊的文化类型,它对未成年人的思想道德教育有重要的作用,我们应该利用、挖掘和发展这种“红色文化”,促进未成年人思想道德素质的提升。

The ＂red culture＂ is a special cultural type, which has been accumulated in the long- term revolution and the construction led by the Communist Party of China. It is of much importance in the ideological and ethic education of the Minor. We should use, excavate and develop this ＂red culture＂, so as to enhance the ideological and ethic qualification of the Minor.
