随着改革开放的深入发展,我国利用外资规模不断扩大,特别是近几年来,利用外商直接投资的额度每年都上新台阶。外商直接投资对我国经济发展起到了重要作用,但往往人们在注重经济发展时,却忽视了环境污染问题。目前我国迫切需要正确处理好利用外商直接投资与保护环境的关系,采取有效的对策,实现二者的协调发展。

With the intensive development of reform and opening, the scale of use of foreign funds is becoming larger and larger. Especially in resent years, the use of direct investment of foreign businesses goes to a new step every year. Although foreign investment plays an important role in promoting the economic development in our country, we usually attach much importance to economic development and ignore the environmental pollution. It is urgent to deal with the relation between foreign investment utilization and environmental protection, take effective measures and realize the harmonious development.
