The sources include oil depots, ports, accidents of oil tankers, discharge of contaminated oils and sewage containing oil and repair and cleaning of ships. Oil marine pollution can reduce sea products, source of human food, dramatically. Therefore, measures such as promoting environment protection, centralized disposal of sewage, and oil tanker emergency response system are recommended to prevent oil marine pollution.
