广州市1292名青少年性态度的对应分析

Corresponding analysis on sexual attitude of 1 292 adolescents in Guangzhou

目的:对广州市1292名青少年性态度进行对应分析,了解青少年对于生殖健康知识以及对生殖健康服务的认知程度。方法:采取整群抽样的方法,以入户调查、集中在居委会填写或分发问卷在家填写后回收等调查方式,所有问卷均为不记名年龄范围9～24岁的青少年共1292人。结果:不同年龄组与性别的青少年对手淫看法的对应分析,维度1与维度2的特征值分别为0.475和0.092,惯量分别为0.226和0.008,惯量的百分比分别为93.9%和3.5%。对婚前性行为看法的对应分析,维度1和维度2的特征值分别为0.467和0.297,惯量分别为0.227和0.088,惯量的百分比分别为70.8%和27.5%。讨论:青少年要正确对待、处理手淫和婚前性行为,学校应根据各个不同年龄段人群的身心发育特点,及早开展青少年性与生殖健康教育。

Objective： To correspondly analyze the sexual attitude of 1 292 adolescents and to know the their cognitive degree on knowledge and service of reproductive health. Methods： 1 292 adolescents aged 4 - 24 were investigated by investigation in doors or filling in questionnaires in dweller committee etc. having no signatures in questionnaires. Results： In analysis of attitude of adolescents at different ages and different gender on masturbation, the feature value of dimension 1 and 2 was 0. 475 and 0. 092 respectively, inertia was 0. 226 （93.9%） and 0. 008 （3.5%） respectively. In analysis on antemarital sexual behaviors, the feature value of dimension 1 and 2 was 0. 467 and 0. 297, inertia was 0. 227 （70. 8% ） and 0. 088 （27. 5% ） respectively. Conclusion： Adolescents should properly treat and manage masturbation and antemarital sexual behaviors. Sexual and reproductive health education should be early developed in schools according to their developmental characteristics at different ages.
