摘要
滴流床缓和加氢裂化过程模拟
By using a homogeneous Markov process with discrete state and time, the liquid flow distribution in mild hydrocracking (MHC) reactor, which was divided into M layers and N zones, was simulated. According to the pilot experiment results, the four fractions kinetic model and catalyst deactivation model were established to describe the MHC catalytic reaction process. Also the mathematic model of MHC reactor was established to describe the temperature and component distribution in radial and axial directions. The effect of operation conditions on the performances of MHC reactor was also analyzed.
