摘要
目的研究绿藻石莼的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH 20、HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为豆甾24R,28R环氧5烯3β醇(Ⅰ)、豆甾5,24(28)二烯3β醇(Ⅱ)、豆甾5,28(29)二烯3β醇(Ⅲ)、β谷甾醇(Ⅳ)、对羟基苯甲酸(Ⅴ)、琥珀酸(Ⅵ)。结论化合物除(Ⅱ)以外均为首次从石莼中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Ulva lactuca L. Methods The compounds were isolated by the chromatography methods and identified by spectral analysis. Results Six compounds were obtained and identified as stigmast-24R, 28R-epoxy-5-en -3β-ol ( Ⅰ ), stigmast-5, 24(28)-dien-3β-ol ( Ⅱ ), stigmast-5,28(29)-dien-3β-ol ( Ⅲ),β-sitosterol ( Ⅳ ), p-hydroxy benzoic acid( Ⅴ ), succinic acid ( Ⅵ ). Conclusions Compounds Ⅰ , Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ and Ⅵ are obtained from this Ulva lactuca L. for the first time.
