摘要
目的筛选具有还原左旋一叶碱能力的微生物菌株。方法通过TLC分析进行菌株的筛选,利用RP HPLC测定左旋一叶碱和产物的浓度,利用硅胶柱色谱法分离纯化产物,通过光谱分析鉴定了产物的化学结构。结果与结论筛选到一菌株Aspergillussp.D 1能够专一性地还原左旋一叶碱的γ,δ双键产生14,15二氢一叶碱。在丝状真菌中发现了一种新型的生物催化的还原反应。
Objective To screen the microorganism with the ability to reduce(-)securinine. Methods The screening was carried out by TLC analysis, the concentrations of (-) securinine and its product were determined by RP-HPLC, the product was isolated by the silica gel column chromatography and identified by spectral data. Results and Conclusions Aspergillus sp. D-1 is proved to have the ability to reduce γ,δ-double bond of (-)securinine specifically into 14, 15-dihydrosecurinine, which is detected for the first time.
