摘要 目的介绍超临界流体技术在生物工程领域的应用和发展。方法检索归纳近年来国内外超临界技术与生物工程技术结合应用的29篇相关文献资料。结果已在生物工程领域应用的超临界流体技术有超临界流体酶催化、超临界流体发酵、超临界流体灭菌和细胞破碎技术等。结论超临界流体技术在生物工程领域的应用大有潜力。 Objective To introduce the progresses and applications of supercritical fluid(SCF) in the bioengineering field. Methods Literature of bioengineering technology with the use of SCF were summerized. Results Applications including enzyme catalysis in SCF fermentation in SCF, SCF sterilization and cell disruption were reviewed. Conclusions SCF technology is applied in bi.oengineering field with great potential of progress.
