活性炭纤维处理苯酚废水的静态吸附性能研究 被引量:8

摘要 利用活性碳纤维(ACF)静态吸附苯酚模拟废水,测定了不同温度下的吸附等温线和动力学曲线,计算了有关热力学函数ΔHΦ、ΔGΦ、ΔSΦ和吸附活化能,初步揭示了活性炭纤维对苯酚的吸附机理.结果表明,293 K时静态吸附容量最大为156.3 mg/g,温度对吸附容量和吸附机理有很大影响.低温时被吸附苯酚分子以平伏取向为主,同时伴随大量溶剂分子的脱附而吸热,熵增大;高温时苯酚直立吸附,但溶解度增大,吸附容量减小,同时溶剂分子大量被吸附,使系统熵减小.动力学研究表明,苯酚在活性炭纤维上的吸附符合一级吸附规律,吸附活化能为8.66 kJ.mol-1. The simulate waste water containing phenol is treated with the activated carbon fibre (abbriviated for ACF). The absorption isotherms and kinetic line have been measured at different temperatures. The △HФ、△GФ、△SФ and Ea in absorption processes have been calculated, and the absorption mechanisms have been revealed. The results show that the absorption capacity and mechanism are different at different temperatures. At lower temperature, the absorbed phenol is plane on the absorbent surface, which leads to a lot of solvents to be desorbed. The process is endothermal and △SФ〉0. At higher temperature,the absorbed phenol stands straight meanwhile a lot of solvents are absorbed and △SФ〈0. The kinetic analysis shows that the absorption of phenol on ACF conforms to first-order kinetics. The Ea is 8.66 kJ · mol ^-1.
