摘要
从原棉选用、清梳联工艺调整和设备状态等方面叙述了减少棉精梳针织纱棉结的体会。使用人工采摘的棉花、保证针布锋利和隔距正确、选配合理的梳理部件速比可减少棉结的产生。
Some ideas in reducing neps of combed cotton knitting yarn are presented in this paper from viewpoint of raw cotton choosing and technological and equipment adjustment of chute feed card. Measures as picking cotton manually, keeping card clothing sharp and gauges accurate and well matching carding element speed are introduced to reduce the yam neps.
