摘要
在织造高密涤棉提花织物及纯涤纶强捻纱织物时,纬缩起圈疵点严重影响了产品质量。文章从工艺和设备两方面出发,为各个工序建立质管点,逐级消除疵点隐患的措施。
Weft kinks seriously affects product quality when weaving high density T/C jacquard fabric and hard twist pure-polyester fabric. In this article are introduced the measures to establish quality control over both technology and equipment in all the processes to eliminate potential defects step by step.
