摘要
通过对介观耗散RLC并联电路做类似阻尼谐振子处理,将其量子化.在此基础上,应用量子双波函数理论研究了电感(L)、电容(C)、电阻(R)和初位相(ωt0),且它们均具有确定值的单一介观耗散RLC并联电路中各支路电流和电压的量子涨落.结果表明:量子双波函数理论能准确描述单一耗散介观RLC电路的量子涨落.
Mesoscopic dissipative parallel RLC circuit is quantized by the method of damped harmonic oscillator quantization. In the paper double - wave function quantum theory is applied to description of mesoscopic dissipative parallel RLC circuit with certain parameter and unitary phase, The quantum fluctuation of current and voltage are investigated, result of research show that the quantum fluctuation of mesoscopic dissipative parallel RLC circuit with unitary phase should be depicted in the theory of double- wave function.
