无溶剂条件下代硫醇试剂与α,β-不饱和酮的迈克尔加成反应 被引量:7

摘要 用4,4-二烷硫基-3-烯-2-丁酮(1)作为无气味硫醇替代试剂在硫杂迈克尔加成反应中进行了研究.用浓盐酸做催化剂,将一系列α,β-不饱和酮(2)与1在无溶剂条件下混合发生反应,得到了相应的产率较高硫杂迈克尔加成产物(3),并对其反应机理进行了探讨. 4,4 - Bis(alkylthio)but- 3 - en- 2 - one 1 have been investigated as odorless thiol equivalents in thia-michael addition reaction. Promoted by concentrated hydrochloric acid, a range of α,β- unsaturated ketones 2 reacted with 1 under solvent - free conditions affording the corresponding thia- michael adducts 3 in high yields. Moreover, a mechanism for this thia- michael addition reaction is proposed.
