摘要
普通高校排球选项课的教学,采用相同的进度、教法和要求等进行全班集体教学,不利于学生学习积极性的激发和技能技术的掌握提高。因而设想采用浮动式分组的教学组织形式。教学实践表明:有效地贯彻了因材施教原则,激发了学生的学习积极性,培养了学生的自主学习能力,提高了教学效率。
The teaching of volleyball optional lesson in ordinary college goes against explosion of studying enthusiasm and improvement of skill because of utilizing uniform progress, teaching and requirement for all clasmates. This, teaching structure which uses floating grouping is assumed to adopt. The practice of teaching proves that it not only carries out completely the principle about teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and inspires studying enthusiasm of students, but also cultivates their independent learning abilities and improves efficiency of teaching.
