颈丛阻滞麻醉用于甲状腺次全切除术辅助用药的探讨 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察杜氟合剂、异丙酚、瑞芬太尼抑制颈丛麻醉下甲状腺手术中牵拉反应的效果.方法 60例ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级单侧甲状腺次全切除患者随机分为3组,Ⅰ组静脉输注杜氟合剂,Ⅱ组异丙酚靶控输注,Ⅲ组小剂量瑞芬太尼静脉输注,观察三种辅助用药抑制术中牵拉反应的效果及不良反应、MAP、HR、SpO2变化及镇静效果.结果Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组效果明显优于Ⅰ组,术中MAP、HR、SpO2维持平稳.结论瑞芬太尼和异丙酚适合作为颈丛阻滞麻醉下甲状腺术中的辅助用药,抑制术中牵拉反应的效果明显优于静注杜氟合剂.
