摘要 利用激光在ZL108的表面上熔覆镍基自熔合金粉末,并对添加和不添加La2O3的熔覆层进行检测和比较。结果表明,添加La2O3可以提高熔覆层的硬度、耐磨性,降低摩擦因数。La2O3对改善熔覆层的摩擦学性能起到了较大的帮助。 The Ni-based alloy powders were laser cladded onto ZL108 surface. The clad coatings were examined ,and the clad coatings with La2O3 additive were compared with those without La2O3 additive. The comparison shows that wear resistance of clad coating with La2O3 additive is enhanced, and the friction coefficient of the clad coating with La2O3 additive is reduced. La2O3 is helpful to improve tribological properties of laser clad Ni-base alloy coating.
