二次压缩机填料盘微动失效研究

摘要 对茂名石化乙烯工业公司低密度聚乙烯装置二次压缩机填料盘过度磨损和开裂的原因进行了分析和研究。结果表明,相邻两块填料盘之间存在着微动磨损,同时填料环的腐蚀和磨损加速了填料盘的微动,大大降低了填料盘的疲劳寿命,使填料盘疲劳开裂。 Severe wearing and cracking reasons of packing cup of the the secondary compressor in low density polyethylene unit of Maoming Ethylene Industrial Company were studied and analyzed. It is concluded that there is fretting wear between two adjacent packing cups for the cups' differential deformation during compressor operation. Corrosion and wear of packing rings intensify the cup fretting. Fretting wear leads to the appearance of fretting fatigue crack in the cup, which made the packing fall soon.
