摘要
采用矢量分析法研究容栅传感器静态数学模型(输出电压相位—位移),推出动态数学模型(输出电压频率—速度),揭示其工作机理,定量给出了传感器原理性误差,弥补实验研究的不足。
TION INSTRUMENTATION -1996,17(5). -4-7 The static mathematic model (the phase of output voltage vs. displacement) of the capacitance grid transducer is investigated by vectorial analysis, thus the dynamic model (the frequency of output voltage vs. velocity) is derived and the operational mechanism is revealed. The principled error of the transducer is given quantitatively to remedy the demerit of the study in laboratory.
