摘要 加热系统在制作微结构塑料光纤(Microstruc-turedPolymerOpticalFibers——MPOF)过程中是非常重要的,它直接影响最终拉丝结果的好坏。文章介绍了一种分区加热系统,该系统将预热区和高温区隔离开来,并采用隔板与外界空气隔离,可以达到比较理想的温度曲线,满足了制作不同结构MPOF时的需要。 Heating system is very important in the pro cess of fabricating MPOF, it effect directly the final drawing product. In the paper we describe one Section-compartmentalized Heating System. In the system the prepare heating area is compart from high temperature area, and there is a board to separate the outside airs. The temperature curve of the system is quite good, and if works well when drawing diversified structures MPOF.
