摘要
研究有机溶剂萃取八角油树脂的最佳工艺条件。探讨了不同溶剂、pH值、料液比、提取时间、八角果的颗粒度、乙醇浓度对八角油树脂提取率的影响;同时还对工艺条件料液比、提取时间、八角果直径、乙醇浓度进行了四因素三水平的正交优化试验。结果表明最佳工艺条件为∶料剂比(g/mL)15∶100,八角果直径0.105mm(即目数100目),用95%乙醇回流3h,提取率可达质量百分数40.14g/100g。
The optimal technical of extracting star anise oil resin with organic solvent are studied. The effect of different solvent, value of pH, ratio of solid to liquid, extracting time, diameter of star anise powder and concentration of the ethanol on the extracting rate are discussed. And the orthogonal experiment of four factors and three levels are tested, factors such as the ratio of solid to liquid, extracting time, diameter of star anise powder and concentration of the ethanol. The results showed that the optimum technological conditions have been attained as follows: the ratio of solid to liquid 15:100, extraction time 3h, the diameter of star anise powder 0.105mm, the concentration of the ethanol 95%, and its extracting rate can reach 40.14g/100g.
